Quality Assessment
For damaged or incorrect items, please attach a photo of the product and its packaging to help our roasting team investigate the issue.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
Resolution
After approval, we will process your replacement shipment or issue a store credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
